On 18th September 2023, the tritiya tithi of shukla paksha by the Hindu calendar, and the day of the festival of Teej, Dad passed away. The inspiration to build shriarvindkumar.com comes from the website he built in remembrance of his own father, Shri Krishna Deo Tiwary, who passed away 10 years and 21 days before him. Three days before Dad passed away from sudden cardiac arrest, he wrote his last article on kdtiwary.com outlining the basics of procedural and substantive law, and how one is essential for the other. Being a technologist from an early age, it was no surprise that Dad also explored the use of generative AI tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT to produce articles from writing prompts. 

Dad finished writing his first book in 1988. A second book was complete shortly after his retirement in October 2021. In the 34 years that passed between the two unpublished books, he was plenty busy with work and family, but among other interests he found time to publish a podcast with all four episodes recorded extempore.
